Decoding Dreams
I’ve always been a vivid dreamer, but learning how to decode dreams (which are essentially messages from your subconscious), truly changed my life.

Although there are recurring dream symbols between people (falling out teeth, tidal waves, being chased), most of us have unique dreams that apply only to what’s been going on in our own lives. Therefore I deeply encourage you to figure out your own dream meanings, instead of reading about meanings of your dream elements. Your intuition will tell you more than any dream dictionary. It is not WHAT you see in your dreams, but how that dream makes you FEEL.
For example, you might dream of a flood or drowning which wouldn’t physically relate to your life, but emotionally represents your feelings of overwhelm and loss of control in your real waking life. That dream might be your subconscious mind sending you a message: slow down and have some quiet time. Because the subconscious thinks in the form of symbols and metaphors, our dreams tend to be projected that way too. This is why most dreams are abstract and tricky to understand, but are often connected to our experiences and events in our daily life.

This is the moment we have to disappoint you ~ our Dream Journals are all sold out, and won’t be back until mid-year (2025), as I am creating a second edition, even dreamier! We will revisit the subject of dreams as we get closer to the launch... For now, stay tuned, and happy dream decoding!
