All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and customs charges may be levied by the destination country.
Refused shipments due to non-payment of customs charges will not be eligible for a refund. DHL orders can not be returned to sender.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the full dollar value paid for your order and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower order value.
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Please check with your country’s customs service for further information.

Important Postal Update – US Tariffs
Please note the below updates from Australia Post regarding recently imposed US Tariffs. Most of our DreamyMoons products are made in Hong Kong (excluding Art Prints and Stickers). Unfortunately, this means any orders to the US may incur a 145% Tariff.
We understand this is a significant cost increase and any future US DreamyMoons purchase will need to be well considered.
We are monitoring this situation closely and will update you should anything change.
For non-Australian-manufactured goods
As of 5 May 2025, the International Mail Advisory Group (IMAG) has shared that all China and Hong Kong-manufactured goods entering into the US using Australia Post’s Postal services, regardless of their value will be subject to a formal clearance process, and a tariff of 145%. This includes items less than US$800 that previously were under the de minimis threshold. These customs taxes will be payable by the recipient.
Australian-manufactured goods
From 5 April 2025, Australian-manufactured goods valued over US$800 are subject to a tariff of 10% on import into the United States via Postal services.
There is no change for Australian-manufactured goods valued at, or under US$800 sent via postal services from Australia to the US. These items will be free from duty and import tax, unless they fall under the de minimis exemption list.
*The information above is subject to change. Australia Post is monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates on the impacts of the regulatory changes on our customers and Australian outbound parcels as available. We recommend you visit the official websites of the relevant authorities for the most up-to-date information.
