Where is my tracking number?
From 1st February 2020, we ship ALL of our parcels with tracked shipping excluding single cards as they are shipped as letters.
You will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You will also receive automatic email updates. If you are having any issues locating the tracking number, please email us at hello@dreamymoons.com.au and we will happily help! :)
When will my order arrive?
Your order is being shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Here are the estimated shipping times. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or customs. (or a worldwide pandemic - you know, just every day things...)
STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING

New Zealand: 7-11 business days
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 9-17 business days
Europe: 9-17 business days
Asia: 7-15 business days
Rest of the world: 12-18 business days
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Australia: 1-2 business days
New Zealand: 4-7 business days
United States: 4-7 business days

LETTER SHIPPING (no tracking)
- for postcards and greeting cards.

You will have an option of a 20% refund, or a replacement if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.
