Where is my tracking number?

From 1st February 2020, we ship ALL of our parcels with tracked shipping excluding single cards as they are shipped as letters.

You will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You will also receive automatic email updates. If you are having any issues locating the tracking number, please email us at hello@dreamymoons.com.au and we will happily help! :)

 

When will my order arrive?

Your order is being shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Here are the estimated shipping times. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or customs.

STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING

Australia: 3-7 business days
New Zealand: 7-11 business days
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada: 9-17 business days
Europe: 9-17 business days
Asia: 7-15 business days
Rest of the world: 12-18 business days

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Australia: 1-2 business days
New Zealand: 4-7 business days
United States: 4-7 business days
Canada: 7-9 business days
Europe: 7-9 business days
Asia: 4-7 business days
Rest of the world: 8-10 business days

LETTER SHIPPING  (no tracking)
- for postcards and greeting cards.

Australia: 3-7 business days

If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check your local post office and the customs, and finally, contact us with your inquiry.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item to  hello@dreamymoons.com.au

You will have an option of a 20% refund, or a replacement if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.

Do you accept custom orders / commissions?

Most of the time, all of my time and energy is put into personal DreamyMoons art projects. So, unfortunately, most of the time I am unable to paint custom works. But - I do make exceptions.

Let me know what you have in mind and I will see if I can bring your vision to life.

What do you use to create your artworks?

Watercolours, white ink, acrylics, gold ink, dried flowers from my garden, salt... I love experimenting with mediums and most of the time, in one artwork I use more than one medium. I love combining what works and what suits the mood of the painting.

For more design-based, rather than painting-based projects, such as my Affirmation Cards, I first draw the design on paper, then alter it digitally.
