COVID-19 Shipping Update


Everything is shipped via AusPost with Standard or Express shipping. DHL if necessary.

Not-so-good news: Shipping delays for most international orders (outside Australia) are to be expected, unfortunately.

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog.

We ship from Melbourne Victoria, the lockdowns and restrictions here caused a surge in online shopping, so the post offices are overloaded and your order might take an extra 3-6 days to leave Australia.

We will not be refunding for delays, only if the parcel is deemed by AusPost as lost. Thankfully, although delayed, all of our parcels have been arriving.

Unfortunately at this stage there is nothing we can do to speed up the shipping process, all we can do is kindly ask you to wait for more updates and wait for your orders with patience. One thing we can assure you is that your orders will definitely be on its way, they will just take longer than expected.
