Imagination is an underestimated power. It holds the key to infinite ideas, solutions, and self-discovery. When you connect with your imagination, you awaken your ability to shape your reality - both within and beyond.

In this workshop, we will embark on a guided visualisation journey, allowing our inner worlds to unfold. Through journaling and intuitive art-making, we will translate what we see, feel, and sense into words and imagery. This is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself, explore your creativity, and let your imagination lead the way.

Wear: comfortable loose clothes or yoga clothes.
Bring: your own journal and a pen. Art materials are provided but you are welcome to BYO.
