You don't need to consider yourself to be a great artist to enjoy this meditation. Most of the prompts are very abstract, allowing you to make the art as complex as you wish. You are not here to create masterpieces. You are here to let go, connect with imagination and express yourself through colours and shapes.
Examples of prompts and creative exercises:
✦ Intentionally spill coffee or tea on the page. Let it dry. What shapes do you see? Draw around them to create an image.
✦ Paint the way the forest smells. Paint the way it feels to be in love. Paint your aura.
✦ Create your own butterfly by painting one side and closing the book so the colours transfer to the other side, creating a symmetrical artwork.
✦ Fill the page with colours that make you feel hopeful and calm.

✦ Beige cloth cover (can be painted to create your unique cover!)
