A soft, nourishing workshop centred around nurturing your precious nervous system through hypnotherapy to create a sense of safety within yourself.

We spend so much time planning, creating, striving and caring for others that we often forget to check in with the one person who needs our attention most... ourselves!

This workshop is for you if:
~ You've been feeling overwhelmed, rushed or anxious
~ You crave a moment of stillness and reconnection
~ You've been giving a lot of your energy to others
~ You simply need to slow down and breathe

The workshop will consist of guided reflection, journaling and a deeply restorative meditation journey. A chance for you to check in with your emotional wellbeing, reconnect with your body, and regulate your nervous system.
